Fefi Properties is a rapidly growing property company in Malaysia. The company buys, renovates and rents or sells properties for rental income or capital gains. The company focuses on residential and commercial properties that generate positive cash flow with long term capital growth.

Established in 2009, Fefi Properties Sdn Bhd is the property division and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fefi Holdings Sdn Bhd.
